The French Quarter

The people, culture and architecture make the French Quarter a truly unique place. I had the opportunity to tour this location on a very hot and humid June weekend. The photos below tell part of the story, and hopefully convey the art and liveliness of this beautiful town. Enjoy!

New Orleans Rebuilding

These are a select collection of shots taken of the lower ninth ward, an area that was flooded by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I can't believe it has been 4 years since that hurricane devastated the area. Some areas and houses still stand as ruins, but other areas are rebuilding.



Photos were taken on June 28th 2009. Lower ninth ward. New Orleans, Louisiana.

Oh yeah, I also saw signs saying "Brad Pitt for Mayor."

New Orleans Trip

Ok I promise I shall post photos of the New Orleans Trip. I'm a bit behind again, but it will get done.

This weekend is the Nick Roman-Kristin Foley wedding, and I am excited about their wedding day. They are the cutest couple I met last November at the Brevard Gator Club party in Melbourne, FL to watch the Gators trounce FSU. I am excited to shoot their wedding and looking forward to sharing some of those photos with you all.

Cristin and George's Engagement Photos

Cristin and George had a hot and humid day to shoot! We tried to avoid the 90 plus degree Florida heat by shooting at 9 am instead of the initially scheduled 6 pm. Good thing they looked fantastic despite the extreme humidity!!
