New Orleans Rebuilding
These are a select collection of shots taken of the lower ninth ward, an area that was flooded by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I can't believe it has been 4 years since that hurricane devastated the area. Some areas and houses still stand as ruins, but other areas are rebuilding.
